Used Food Oil Collection: Environment Management Section

Used food oil is collected at the back of the City Hall once a month on the 4th of Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00p.m.

Keeping a Dog: Environment Management Section

Pet dogs above 91 days old are required to be registered (once in a life time) and vaccinated once a year. The dates of vaccination are set by the city newsletter "Tsunagari." Registration can be made along with vaccination.
Notification is required when your dog dies or if there is a change in its registered information. Please keep your dog under leash with the license tag and be sure to pick up dog droppings while walking.

If You Can No Longer Keep Your Dog: Koriyama Health Center

Bring your dog to the health center on Thursday or Friday from 9:00 a.m. to noon.
(There is no service at the end of the year, new year days, Obon, and national holidays.)
Please consult the health center's veterinarian in advance.
